Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our expanding team.

Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of our automotive distribution warehouse. This is a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting, picking and packing automotive parts, and general warehouse duties. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing automotive parts accurately for dispatch
• Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling in line with health and safety regulations
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Ensuring stock is stored, labelled, and handled correctly
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Skills and Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to carry out physical work, including heavy lifting
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to follow health and safety procedures

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Friday: Early finish Fridays
